WAit why did you buy the M1710 motherboard again? For the Lights? You don't have a t7600g do you?

I got it for something to do.

I built my m1710 from scratch. every last piece.

I now have to lappies.

I just got a 7900gtx off of ebay for under 100 bux. and blind flashed it back to life.

I wanted a working m1710 lights and all. thats why I got the mobo.


I like tinkering. since I built it all on my own.

Will the M1710 motherboard work in the i9400 chassis?

yes but modifications are required.

i.e. docking port on bottom, smart card reader (if you want access to it)

This may be old. But it's now possible to overclock the t7600g with bioses that don't allow the option using throttlestop. Just thought you should all know. I've tested it.
