Right now I have a 2.0 ghz core 2 1gb ram Macbook. I absolutely love the thing, but I'm really pushing it to the limit. I'm looking at upgrading it, but after calculating all my upgrades, i'm wondering if I should just step up and get a 15" macbook pro.. its going to cost me about $400 to do all the upgrading. Right now, I feel as if I could get up to $1000 for my macbook cause it is in awesome shape and has applecare on it. I want to game though and the macbook isn't very good at all. What do people think, do i put the money into my macbook and keep it, or do I sell it and try and buy a macbook pro with a core 2 2 gb ram for under $1700?
