So...I've been waiting to order a MBP for over a year. I pulled the trigger yesterday and ordered the 15" 2.4ghz, but I upgraded the HD to the 200gb 7200 rpm. Of course that pushes the "expected ship date" out 2-3 weeks. I'm wondering if it really takes that long or if they typically run ahead of schedule on shipping. Do you guys know? I'm too freakin psyched for the new lappie and I'm frothing at the mouth, literally. I thought it may be rabies, but since I haven't been bitten by any rabid squirrels I can only think that it's due to the MBP order. Any thoughts on getting it quicker than what they state?
