I cannot get Adobe Premiere 6.5 to allow me to capture video. When I go into video settings I set it to TV Tuner and select the channel I want it to capture, but then when I hit OK and go out to the capture window it has a garbled screen and noise. I go back into settings and find that it resets itself to channel 4 and CABLE instead of Antenna like I set it up. It does this repeatedly.

Any ideas?
