waiting for arrival

hi all,im new here and i have never used a forum before so bear with me.

ordered my alienware 23/2/2004.

now im just sitting about waiting for it to arrive.(it did 2 weeks ago but it got sent back unopened)

have been reading posts and you all seem nice people ,so i thought i would join you all here

not when you are told it would be 12-15 days ,that was 61/2 weeks ago.

they also shipped it to me with wrong processor (partly my fault),as i got upset with the wait and change it,but only for 20 hours then i changed it back again.then i had talks with AW for about a week about how long it was going to take to get processor that i wanted ,and they didn't tell whoever built it not to ship it.
