Fastest RAM for Z96j

As the title says, whats the fastest RAM I can put in my laptop? I only have 1 gb of DDR2-667 PC2-5300now but with the programs I have been running lately I find a need for more memory. I am looking at getting 2x1gb sticks. Is that the fastest RAM I can put in the computer or can I go faster?

667 is recomended for your laptop so putting in faster wouldnt mean much if anything since the FSB isnt higher than that

putting in 2x1gb would be a big improvment with app's, games, general use

so yes, 2x1gb of ddr2 667 would be perfect and make it faster at all you do
