I have just bought a Bluetooth Stereo Headset P/N NSRTA3C2XXX to use as headphone with my Hp Pavilion dv9386 laptop which is Bluetooth enabled (Windows Vista)
I have installed the device without any trouble and it shows up as BTSHS device in my Bluetooth Devices in Control Panel. However when I try to connect the Bluetooth Stereo Audio headphones it tries to connect but after a few seconds it fails and shows as disconnected. The same thing happens when I try to connect the Bluetooth Hands-Free Audio.
I only wish to use the headphones with the laptop and not in conjunction with a mobile phone.
I already have a bluetooth mouse installed which works perfectly.
Can anyone help. Please keep the advice simple as I have very little techo skills. When I say say 'little' I mean none!
