I'm planning to sell my asus a8jp to someone and they asked me how much time is left on the warranty. It came with 24 months and I bought it last february, but I realized that I never actually registered the product on the asus website.
Should I register it myself now (I assume warranty coverage starts from when it was bought not from when it was registered)? Or, since I'm about to sell it, should I just let the guy who is buying it register it himself so it is all under his own name?
If I do it myself, will it be possible for him to re-register it, or would I have to change all the contact info to his?
