Fan Replacement Sager 9880

The video card fan has stopped moving! I need it fixed or replaced. Whenever I play a dvd or an .avi or at random times the computer overheats and shuts off.

I opened it up and checked the fan.. it is a Sam Lam Tech. CF0550-B10M-E051 DC 5v 0.35A , with three wires (black, yellow, red). Anyone know where I can get a new one, or perhaps get it moving again?

I'm having the same problem, havnt orders anything yet, heres what ive found:

kinda expensive for trial and error, and no dimensions, the fan were looking for is 50x50x10 m. the one from asia i think is 50x50x13, should fit i think. screw moutning may be an issue, but thers always glue. good luck getting ahold of asia products though, they seem to be more of a supplier and not retail. im still out there looking.

.. but I did not want to get the whole heatsink. I have not been able to find the fan separate. Are we talking about the same fan?

yeah, im talking about the same fan as you, i just couldnt find anything close to it, so i was trying find a stand in. i might just get that hole heatsink, its not too outrageous, thanks for the link.
