R40 Internal DVD Burner

I have an R40 that I absolutely love, it's more than paid for itself by now thanks to Google Sketch-Up. Recently I've been working on digital video stuff (editing, mixing that sort of thing) and I need some way to get my work on DVD. Does IBM/Lenovo have an internal DVD burner for this model that I can acquire?

If not, who makes a decent external USB or Firewire DVD burner for under $300?

got a sony DRX-830U from walmart for under 100$, no complaint so far
