I would like to sell my Inspiron E1705/9400. Here are the specs:

It has been VERY lightly overclocked, and treated with care. The 7900GS BIOS has been returned to its factory settings. I will gladly give a guarantee on the video card, there is nothing to worry about. I can assure you that it will not be dead-on-arrival and will work perfectly.

Its the WUXGA 1920x1200 TrueLife. I will get some pics together later tonight. It is in great condition. I have only taken it away from my desk 6-8 times.

I just paid $685 for my desktop, and I assume about $40.00 shipping. This would put it at $725. How does that sound?

I wouldn't be able to ship until next week. Were you thinking as a Christmas gift, or for now?

No warranty. However, I haven't had any problems with it other than a battery that Dell replaced.

One thing I did notice yesterday was that the headphone jack is acting strange. It was cutting out in the right-ear, but when I touched it it went back to normal. I am going to look into the problem more this weekend.

The ONLY reason I am selling this laptop is because I want a desktop, since they are more upgradeable, and because I don't take my laptop anywhere. So why suffer the performance? Even though this IS a great laptop for gaming, it doesn't compare to a high-end desktop.

I can give a personal guarantee on parts, for whatever its worth. This laptop has been treated with a lot of care. The entire laptop is only a year old. The battery is about 5 months old, and the RAM is about 2 months old. This would give you a lot of time on every part in the computer. I personally never get the warranties longer than a year, because there is no need. If you handle your computer with care you won't have any problems, which is what I always do.

I just figure, since you can't ship it until next week and i just need it for christmas...I get payed on the 30th aand i will have the money then and i'd but it 100% for sure. I'd actually rather pay the $725 you accpeted, but if you HAVE to, i CAN give you $750 to hold it!?!? i really need this laptop
