del 1330-- problems with screen

recently got a 1330 with the LED screen.
I really like it, but I have short verticle marks all over the screen that appear to correspond to the keys on the keyboard.. cleaning solution does not get rid of them.

When the screen is on full white, I can also faintly see two cresents in the middle of the screen.

Anyone else have this problem?

Sounds like bulge on keyboard is scratching the LCD.

Call Dell, and ask for replacement screen, and keyboard. They should be glad to do it for ya.

Let them know it was not your fault.

I use shaggy mat for this reason.

13" fits M1330 pretty well.
