No offense, but this isn't true. My Inspiron 8000 has a 3 year complete care warranty (purchased through the home division), 4 months ago one of my batteries died (pressing the button on the battery to check battery life caused the 5 green LEDs to just flash 5 times). When I called to get a replacement I was told that CompleteCare does not cover the battery past 1 year (even in the case of defects).
