T61 7200rpm HDD model?

Does anyone know what brand/model the T61 (14.1" widescreen) "100GB 7200rpm" hard drive is?

I called Lenovo and they indicated that it was a Hitachi, but we all know how reliable that is.

It would be really cool if I got a 7k200, but somehow I doubt that will happen.

can u not see it in bios? or device manager?

Its a Hitachi 7K200 100G

I have a T61 which is assigned by the company I work for.

It came with a 100G 7200rpm HD. I pulled the HD and check the model, its a Hitachi 7K200 100G.

Could be 7K200 100G or 7200.2 100G

The IT guy in my company told me that they see both
Hitachi 7K200 100G &
Seagate 7200.2 100G.
