So I upgraded and extended the warranty on my 9300 today so its covered until the end of 2010 and has complete care. I was expecting to pay a little over $400 and ended up only paying a little over $100...called to verify and see what happened the rep told me it must have been a pricing error and that they can't cancel it for that. Even stated they work on commission and she would like to cancel it and charge me the correct price but can't. She said she would keep tabs for a few days and call me if anything happened but that everything was cleared and warranty already attached to my service tag.
