Black Screen of Death

I have recently bought a Toshiba Satellite P205D-S7438 which came with Vista Home Edition. I've only had it for a little over a week and have been having a very annoying problem. Once a day, my laptop will just turn to a black screen. Nothing I do can bring back the screen besides a hard shut down and restart. I've done other searches, and have seen that some people have had the same problems, and I've done what they had suggested (changing the minimum CPU to 100%) but still have the same problem. HELP!!!!

That's what warranties are for. Why worry about it, its Toshiba's problem
