Hi guys,
I'm new here, so big hello to You guys.
Anyway, I'm an owner of Dell D600 notebook. Have it since the beginning of october.
Its configuration is like this:
PM 1.6 GHz (2 MB cache)
512 MB DDR333
40 GB HDD
1024x768 resolution
Unfortunately, there is no WiFi card built-in (I've just ordered Broadcom miniPCI card). I get Internet via wireless radio (not native writer, so sorry if I'm mistaken). I have a edimax 7318USg card connected to USB2.0 port.
The problem is that it sometimes disconnects, I get a message that the device can work with USB2.0 speed, etc. Suddenly, the Internet doesn't work. The problem occurs on both USB ports. I reinstalled USB drivers and even drivers for my WiFi card, but doesn't work.
Strange, but my mouse on USB works fine. It makes me nervous, so I used a extension cord for USB to connect the WiFi card. I noticed that the card doesn't suits very well in the USB port. Unfortunately, the same problem appears.
I will test that WiFi card on my computer and wait for my new miniPCI WiFi card...
Meanwhile, any help please?
P.S: Sorry for my English, not my native language. Hope you'll understand.
Regards,
Tomasz
