Hey i have a 9300 with stock ram right now. The processor bus is 533 mhz and RAM is 512 x 2.
I wanted to know two things:
1. Is it better for me to stick with PC4200(533) RAM ? Ive heard that since the 4200 has lower latency it will be better in performance. If not should i go for PC5300 ? its cheaper but has higher latency.
2. Does this laptop support only 1gb max per slot, or can i do a 2gb chip in one slot ?
