I am currently working on a Samsung Sens Pro 500 notebook running Windows 98. The problem I am experiencing is with the monitor. The display screen has a line flickering across the top half of the screen. Also when I open up the control panel some of the icons are fuzzy and hard to read. I think that maybe the video adapter is malfunctioning. However when a check in the device manager, everything is okay. Help!
