Hi i recently downgraded to XP from Vista and reinstalled SP2 but now my cooling fan will not stop spinning and also when i shut down it wont completely shut down and yet still when i close the lid it doesn't hibernate/shut off i have reinstalled many drivers like sound and touchpad and wireless but i cant find any that will fix this

any help is cool
