Which would be a better memory upgrade for a 1501?

I'm trying to figure out which of these two memory upgrade options from Crucial is better:

P/N: CT612861
Module Size: 2GB kit (1GBx2)
Package: 200-pin SODIMM
Feature: DDR2 PC2-5300
Specs: DDR2 PC2-5300 • CL=5 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-667 • 1.8V • 128Meg x 64

OR

P/N: CT612862
Module Size: 2GB kit (1GBx2)
Package: 200-pin SODIMM
Feature: DDR2 PC2-4200
Specs: DDR2 PC2-4200 • CL=4 • UNBUFFERED • NON-ECC • DDR2-533 • 1.8V • 128Meg x 64

I've read that I want a lower "CL" value but I don't know whether "DDR2-677" or "DDR2-533" is better. Help please

cl5 at 667 has the same latency as cl4 at 533. (667/5=133=533/4=133)The 667 will provide higher bandwidth.

the 667 is better/faster ram. Is it better/faster enough to make a noticible difference? I highly doubt it... Since they're the same price, get the 667.

Of course you could also get ram ~20% cheaper from someplace like newegg too...
