screen troubles

i am having some problems with my sentia its less than a year old. these past two weeks the colors on the screen with turn negative blacks white, whites black etc. when i apply some torque to the right hinge where the cables are coming through it fixes it for a little while. now i have a suspicion that the cable is loose somehow and i dont want to send it to alienware for that. has anyone else had this trouble or can someone help me thanks.

I would call them and ask to do whatever you can over the phone. If they don't want to do it over the phone, your only option would be to send it in. But remember if you report the issue and things get worse it could turn back on you, I'm not sure though how that works.
