problem with my laptop sony VGN-CR123E

Hi everybody,

This is my first thread in this great forum, I wish I can find the help that I need.

I bought recently laptop sony model number VGN-CR123E and it came with Vista, but I really hate vista so I formated the computer and installed XP instead but I couldn't find the drivers for it. All the drivers in the website is for Vista but not for XP

Can anyone help me in finding drivers for XP? I would really apprechiate it.

did u bought at bestbuy. here the link for download xp driver. u have to used the sony china link or uk.

the webcam a bit tricky to setup . i spend almost a months to find the driver for my sony vgn-cr123e windows vista home. my hard drive crash 2 weeks after i delete the recovery hidden part. didn't let me format more than 32gb. so i guess don't delete the recovery partition when u install windows vista. and also my finger print it working but the av function is not working and capture functions is not working everthing else it fine
