Can you run games off a flash drive?

Seeing how SSD drive computers are faster than HD ones,
could you install a game then move all the files to a flash drive to get super fast loading times?

If yes, how would you do it?

USB is not the best interface to run games off of...Even though your flash drive is solid state and is very fast itself, it is bottlenecked by the USB interface.

Same, runs on the internal USB 2.0 ports on the motherboard.
