Need a new HDD for zx5180us

Hi everyone,

My wife's HDD is going out on her Pavilion (getting squealing and clicking from the general region of the HDD). We can't afford to buy a new laptop atm so I need to get her a new HDD.

I don't know what connector type to get. Could anyone help me out here?

Model number is zx5180us as it says in the title. zx5000 Series HP pavilion.

Everything I found states it is 2.5 inch formfactor 80 GB EIDE drive.

You should be able to replace it for relatively cheap. Hopefully you have useable restorale discs.
