Problems with UT3

Hey all
When I launch UT3 the image of the game comes up and then it just stays there. Task manager says that the game is "Not responding." The support section on Midway's website doesn't have any info on this game yet. Could this be a Vista-related problem? Is there something I have to do?

a lot of people are having problems with UT3 and Vista...
