How to clean the glass of the CASV

Hi all,

I now have my screen glass a little dirty. Not with something that can be wiped, tho.

For example. Get your finger, press the center of the screen with it, then try to clean. I used a soft cloth, but it didnt worked. I'm afraid to use alcohol or water...

Which product should i use to clean it?

thanks

I don't clean my screen very often at all. When I do, I use the nicest soft hand towel i can find and get a spot or two wet with water. Then I gently wipe the screen with the slightly wet cloth towel, then use dry parts to gently remove any leftover water.

If that doesn't work well enough ( greasy finger prints ) I have been known to use a little windex ( just a little ) that's ( i think ) an ammonia based cleaner followed up with water cleaning.

I'd never use any ammonia based compound to clean a screen. Additionally, avoid any thing with ethyl alcohol, or acetone. Generally, dilute isopropyl alcohol, vinegar, or just plain water should be used. Never put liquid directly on the screen. Apply the liquid to a soft lent free cloth and gently buff the screen. An eye-glass store usually carries cloths for cleaning glasses, this works well for general screen cleaning. Good luck

I use a microfiber lens clothes thats used for sunglasses and the like. Works like a charm and you can keep reusing in.
