Sorry if this is a really common question, though I did search and I saw the bit about it in the FAQ.
I have windows vista and a 160GB harddrive. It only shipped with about 112GB free, though. I know the actual capacity of the drive is only 149GB, MediaDirect takes a 2.5GB partition, and there is a 10GB recovery partition. This leaves about 135GB of usage space, which had 10GB of information on it when I got the computer (that I could find, even while viewing hidden folders).
That means I should have 125GB of space, yet it only displays 112GB? I can't find the rest of the data taking up that extra space, and I get really obsessive about what's on my computer. I'd just like to know if there's more hidden or something, or if I should just format.
Thanks.
