Probably all medium/high

medium probably

Sli 8800GTX cards struggle on high I would give up on high unless you enjoy slideshows honestly.

Might work on high at very low-resolutions.....works decent on medium for a 7950gt...

My roomate ran it w/ an 8800GT on high settings with about 30FPS

always cite the resolutions

my roommate plays on his 2900xt on very high settings and gets 40fps.

at 800x600

Nope, it's not IMO. I think it's VERY overrated.

Nah it's overhyped.
its a good game dont get me wrong, but it didnt live up to the hype imo
post #13 of 29
Definitely not worth the hype ....and definitely doesent live upto the requirements they ask for...

got the demo to run on high on a 7950gtx (not overclocked) but every so often I would get a slowdown in the frame rates...

saw the review on xplay, so i'm in no rush to get this game as yet. when i build my new pc i'll want it though

What resolution do you run it on? I cant go beyond 1024x768 ...with all settings high.My 3d06 score is 5967-overclocked
post #16 of 29
I am able to run at 25-30 fps with 1440x900 resolution, all settings to medium. Crysis is definitely worth playing. With a few minor tweaks, you can get up to 35 fps, which is more than playable. My 7950 is OC'd.

this might sound really bizzare but I actually hooked my laptop up to my Sony 1080p LCD and placed the resolution to around 1000 something by 768 and hooked up an xbox 360 controller and just got back pretty far the game has been really fun to play.

It's not just about your GPU. Your computer's processor and memory will also determine how well Crysis, or any game for that matter, runs on it.

True, not only do you need a $500 GPU, you need 4 gigz of ram and an OC'd $400 processor

That still may not run Crysis...
