Well first of all, it is all legit stuff, secondly, i can run it, but the next time i want to run it, nothing happens. I don't even get an error message...

Please help...

Because to install it every time i want to use it isn't really an option.

I did it 3 times already and it takes like 30 mins each time!

Does it do this even after you reboot?

What I mean is, let's say you run a program. Try and run it again, but it doesn't work. Reboot. Now, does it run without a reinstall?

- If the answer is yes, the programs might not be shutting down correctly. After you run them once, open up the Task Manager (Processes tab) and make sure they have shut down.
- If the answer is no, you should probably check for virii/spam.

No, but i played a game over lan, which i started via a pc from my friend. It runs perfectly, same installation, but i can't start it on my own installation. And, even with teamspeak: (Error Loading Hawlvoice library (hvdi.dll) Maybe not installed?)

But at other programs it doenst give an error, so i have to install some programs everytime i wanna run them. But other programs run just fine...

hmm sounds like something ive seen this before though some of your story isnt quite the same. You might have gotten malwared. There are things that can be deleted in windows (registry keys etc) that cause windows to "forget" how to use .exe files. I think I am thinking of the windows 98 solution though so I have no specific advice for XP. I was looking at this:
http://www.illmob.org/files/text/How_to_remove_SUB7.txt
And I recognized some stuff there but then I thought wait thats for windows 98 cause it talked about restart your computer in msdos mode which disappeared in XP.

Though I suspect some of the stuff like using the registry to change what loads a .exe is still relavent to XP. I dont know if XP still uses the ini file that can also do it.

Anyway thats the basic sort of idea.
