Upgrade wireless

Hi,

New to Sony Laptops. I just picked up a used PCG-V505DC1P and am thinking about upgrading the Wireless B to Wireless G. It currently has the Intel Pro Wireless LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI Adapter installed. Would appreciate any advice on how to do this.
