My FZ21S (vista) has suddenly decided to keep its CPU clocked at 1.2 GHz (max is 2.2 GHz) when on battery power, even when I use RMClock to force it to max performance. I'm quite sure that it wasn't like that earlier, it just started happening all of a sudden. I've put every setting I can find to try and force it to max performance, and I'm sure there must be a way?
Any solutions?
PS: I can't find a SpeedStep option in the BIOS, as people have told me to disable that. I have tried all different Vista power plans, RM Clock, and NHC. No matter what I do, the CPU doesn't go beyond 1.2 Ghz when on battery (which is the lowest speedstep state.)
