Ok, my DC Jack is fried and I need a new one. Are any of these compatible with my 5760?

or should I order one from Sager? Id like to have it as soon as possible and I live in Indiana which is quite a ways from California.

Contact Sager directly and get the part number for your model's DC jack. I'd suggest using their tech support email address, or for a more immediate response, their phone number. Find those here.
