360 reliability is none. my 360 has been back to microsoft twice, and i still dont have it back while i sent it in 4 weeks ago. i take care of my console, it never left my desk or moved at all.

Obviously return != broken. Even if that is what the customer says, or even believes.
Sometimes it takes more than 10 seconds of turning something on to find out what's really wrong with it. That doesn't really prove anything.

Oh believe me I am well aware of that.

Course what I tend to find more often is it takes more than 10 seconds to find out what ISN'T wrong with it, meaning people either didn't try hard and missed something very obvious, or they just needed an excuse to bring back the console without a receipt.

Course it wasn't just that they worked, it was that they worked and we never saw them again when people bought em. Even marked down that is still a bunch of money to waste on a paperweight, and as I mentioned we always honored the return policy on them.
