Canon hv20 vs Canon hg10

Anyone know which is best? Its main use would be Home videos and such, which makes me lean towards the hg 10 (because its HDD based) I dont, however see a firewire port on it. so ..I guess its a tradeoff.

Please any input ? will be editing on a macbook, (I know it'll be slow). I'll check back tomorow incase I left anything unanswered/not clear (its late right now )

Thanks in advance.

Because the HG10 is HDD based they wont bother with a FireWire port as you wouldn't any discernable difference in quality and that the rather slow speed of those HDD's you wont notice a speed difference either.
