XPS M1530 & CoD 4

Greetings,

I currently have the 1520 in my sig. It's been a great laptop, except not so much with CoD 4 performance. I purchased my 1520 because I was tired of lugging around my 17". I primarily game on my XPS and wanted the 1520 as the casual gaming rig. I've been disappointed in the performance of the 1520 for CoD 4. I'm not sure if it's going to make a difference bumping up to 3 GB of memory to improve things. However that's a cheap fix if it helps.

I'm am considering selling my 1520 and purchasing the 1530 right now. I'd like to hear feedback from XPS 1530 owners on their experience with performance with shooters, CoD 4 specifically. I'm not going to waste the money if it's not worth it. I've been looking at the other 8600 GT threads in with no luck on this specific subject.

I've read on another forum that the XPS m1530 runs COD4 just fine with everything turned up except antialiasing and antriscopic.filtering. Expect about 40~ fps.
