I've got one. It's heavy and I'd be shipping from Japan. Will have to check to see how much that'd cost. Slow boat might be semi-reasonable. If you need it ASAP, it might not be worth the trouble.

I've moved and have it packed up somewhere. But if you're interested, I'll root it out Drop me an email- I rarely hit the boards here anymore, so I might not see a PM for ages. Email is username at Gmail.
