Dell D830 Fan ?

I am looking into getting a d830 and want to know if the fans on the bottom are used to blow out air or do they suck in. I wanna know as i wanna order a notebook cooler that will work properly with it, i.e.

If opening on bottom sucks in air, i wanna get a cooler that blows air on bottom on notebook (like a zolman)

If opening on bottom blow air out of the case, i wanna get coller that sucks air from bottom of computer and blow it out the back...

It draws air in the bottom and blows it out the back vent.
