i'd agree with sid certainly does help when ur country has so many languages and when most of them originate from one language ( Sanskrit )...

Arabic also originates from urdu which has almost the same words as in hindi since they both originate from Sanskrit....

I would just like to be able to understand who I'm speaking too. That was ONE instance. It's annoying when the person you're speaking to only speaks a LITTLE English.

Just politely ask to be transfered to a different support rep. Alienware is completely understanding that accents can make it hard to communicate at times and is willing to get you over to someone you can better understand. No harm, no foul.
