Dell M1330 or Vostro 1400 for the mobile user concerned with battery?

Hopefully you guys here can help me settle this. I am definately getting a notebook, it's going to be a Dell, and one of these two models.

I was looking at configurations, and they both have their merits. I can get more "bang for my buck" with the 1400...but the M1330 is a more portable space saver. Otherwise, I can get similar hardware for both.

However, my MAJOR concern is battery life. I plan on doing general mobile use, wireless and such, music, and occasionally World of Warcraft or Warcraft 3. Thus, battery is huge for me as I want to be able to have it fun for many hours with no charger present.

Both reviews from notebookreviews.com cite they have great battery lives, but none really mention which is *better*. The M1330 they say could probably maintain a heavy load for over 3 hours, the Vostro 1400 they mention can "supposedly" get upwards of 8 hours...

This is assuming the higher batteries for both. I was hoping someone could give me a concrete answer here as to which will be best for life.

Thanks everyone!

Get the LED screen on the M1330, also note: don't game on the battery, really drops performance.

Yes, always get the 9cell, I made the mistake once with my Inspiron 1000 back in the day getting a 4 cell...

Never Again!
