$1000 is a really good buy for SLI 7900GS's. You should go for it. You can upgrade the harddrive yourself later. I assume that there is no warranty??

I don't know much about the compatibility's of a dual core AMD processor with the m9700's motherboard. So hopefully some m9700 owner here can help you out.

Wow, almost got scammed by a user on craigslist in San Antonio, he wants me to send the money to England thru some fake shipping web link, and then he'll send me the laptop, I knew this was too good for a m9700 for 600.00 bucks.

Good thing you found out that it was a scam traveler25!! You almost lost some money there. Usually these deals are too good to be true.
