Fingerprint reader help needed

Sorry I have dbl posted this but did not know where I should put it.

I just purchased an XPS M1530. I have setup the fingerprint reader and for the most part it works fine. The problem I have is that at the login screen sometimes it just shows my 1 user account and that is all. But other times it will show my user account and a second account for fingerprint login. Why does that second account show up and how can I stop it.
The finger print reader works either way so I would rather just have my account show up and that is all.

Sometimes you're logged out (at startup time) so you have a choice to login both ways. Some other times your screen is locked or you resumed from suspend so you're already logged in?

Also sometimes it will show a button called " Other Credentials" at the bottom of the login screen - if you click it you get two options - "Switch user" and " Finger print login" or something ... u can check it out .

I was kind of wondering this too... basically i want it to NOT show the fingerprint button ever, but i also want the ability to use the fingerprint reader, is there anyway to have that picture disabled when logging in?
