the order has been placed last week, and I should be recieving it this week...

have been an XPS fan for a while now, i had a XPS 170, and an XPS M1210 (what i'm using now...)

Just hope this laptop will be the perfect in between for my new photography setup!

2.2 Cpu
3gb ram
1680 screen
8600 GT
200Gb 7200

Congrats .... I got my XPS 1530 just a few days back

Almost same specs as yours except the std 2GB ram and a 160gig HDD...

I just ordered my XPS M1530 off the Dell Outlet tonight. I can't wait to get it. It's going to replace my 1520 I bought last summer. I just hope that the screen doesn't give me any problems.
