I Baught a new Vio VGN-NR285E Laptop rescently, it concluded the vista and other softwares, when i try to start 1st time it asked me to write a Bakup or Restoration point CD on DVD and it has been done.
After that some problems happen to me and vista is corrupted, am trying to Restore the factory settings but i cud't find out the sollutions, even i could't boot dat cd also,
Pls define me is there any ways to restore the factory settings and pls tell me what is the button should i have to access for restoration console.
