Ok this is a cry out for help!
i liteon ac adapter charge unit exploded, i saw it after two sparks i immediately shut it off to avoid any further damage luckily i had my headsets off! this is serious i am in Uni and constantly use a adapter i use AC power, now i shut it off when not in use i currently placed an order from amazon:
