FS: Dell E1704/9400

Up for sale I have my Dell E1705 , it's a great laptop and more than enough for gaming or whatever you need to do. It looks brand new, there are no scratches the palm rest is in perfect condition (doesn't have the usual paint fade from where your hand rests) and there are no other cosmetic damages anywhere.

It was the top of the line spec for the e1705's when it was built in mid 06. I have been able to play anything out with at least medium~high to Ultra High settings, I actually just finished up on Command and Conquer 3, it ran great at 1920x1200 Ultra High Settings, but I played it on 1280x720 Ultra High settings because I play on my 720p DLP TV( native resolution of 1280x720).

The warranty has currently expired but I have talked to the Dell Extended warranty people and they are willing to resume the complete care warranty for 2 or 3 years, I just don't have the need for it. The 2 year complete care is $380, 3 year $480, I would gladly activate this for someone(at your cost)and then transfer the warranty over to you if you were interested in it.

Specs of the Dell Inspiron e1705/i9400 :

    • Microphone
  • Slots:

    • o 1 ExpressCard 54 slot
From what I can tell from the hardware manager it also does have the internal bluetooth, which I never used so no need for an external dongle.

I'll include a nice black laptop backpack, it was hard finding one that would actually carry this beast.

I have the breakout cable that converts the s-video into component/audio that I'll throw in as well.

This comes with Windows XP Media Center installed, and I'll include a Windows XP Pro SP2 Disc too.

This laptop when configured originally was valued by dell at $2000.00.

Reduced $900 + shipping costs!!!

I am in the Louisville KY area if you are looking to save on shipping and pick it up locally

Thanks for looking!!

Yup, it's all ready for someone to see how high they can overclock it. I havent pushed it far myself and I leave it on stock settings only tested it once for benchies.
