well i got this acer at a huge discount and it was the store display. I never got the boot disk, but got the upgrade anytime one. So i decided to clean up and just get rid of everything. After 2 installs me trying to find the correct version. I used some1 elses vista boot disc. It installed fine and now when it boots it ask for the acer recovery cd or backup and i dont have either.

Acer Aspire 5920
Vista home premium
1.5ghz intel duo core
2 gigs ram
8600gt nvidia graphics
160 hdd partioned into 2- 70

i found the site for the drivers

I'd try 1) return to the place you got it and ask about the CD 2) call Acer tech/customer support and ask about getting replacement CDs sent out.
