I also just saw your post on reseller ratings, with a fabricated invoice number. As I said before, if you have a legitimate grievance, then by all means we are willing to resolve the issue.
I see you cant reply to that thread anymore..first of all the invoice number is not bullshit (31-may-06....68982...$3828.34) I will post the whle invoice tommorrow at work where I can scan it...yes I have a problem and have had it since the machine was 5 months old and tech support was suppose to check on a few things and call me back,,,thats been over a year ago......the thing runs hot and the cpu will drop down below 2gigs when playing a game like Call of Duty Airborne..it drops just for a second then jumps back up but you can here it when it happens and see it in game play...I hav e a 3.8 cpu GEForce 7900 gtx ..came with the 7800 but they sent me a 7900 in exchange since the sytem came with the 7900 before mine shipped and was at a lower price..look up the invoice number...I dont troll site....I dont make crap up either..I have every slip of paper that came with this EX7.....I paid for it by bank wire transfer and paid for overnight shipping...I can scan and send you anything ya want on it.....the best tech support I got was on day 1 as soon as it was turned on It wouldnt load the OS thren I had to purchase a us floppy to format it and then 1 stick of memory died...all the support was handled by the after hours company and they were great..coulndt do much in the way of authorizing znything...but Hyper sent me the memory to replace....I then purchased a second DVD/CD Burner for it....and everything seemed ok....a few months after I started to buy new games the heat and cpu issues arised..called in house support and they told me they were gonna check out a few things and get back...I caled again afer a week and they told me they were looking into it......my wearranty is up..I only got a year because on every other machine I ever built or bought the problems show up within a short time.....anyway tech never called me back...this junk has less that 30 hours of up time on it...I bought it to take on trips and vacation to play games while in hotel and use the net...I finaly changed the hard drives from raid -0 to 2 standard sata drives...heat reduced a little but still wont play Medal Of Honor or any bother game like it without any problesm and the cpu speed dropping way down below 2.0 ..again its a 3.8......so I wrote it off as a lesson and I have kept my anger here....but if you want to get ugly with me..I can take my angerto other places that will deal with yalls sale of so called high performance gaming laptops....I just want people to know what 4 grand costed me.....My review was was mild to how I feel...my first review..hyper called me and asked me to update it....and in return is how I got the 7900 upgrade...how can you help me....you tell me
