Sony VGN-NR110E Driver issues and dedicated video question.

Alright I tried a million way to bypass the driver update, being Sony never seems to put out any updated drivers. So I been trying to get the updated ones from direct sites, but they wont allow me to. Everytime I try to install a driver that is not from Sony it says you must get the drivers from Sony basically. So is their anyway to bypass this check Sony has on this computer?

Also how can I upgrade the amount of dedicated ram for the video card. I been trying to like crazy I use to be able to just do it at bios setups on other computers, but Sony locks everything out.

If you have any suggestions on any of these issues please help me out. I was also wondering if I either formated or downgraded with out any of the bloatware that comes with the computer would it help.

Just thought I would say I fixed it well not the dedicated video issue but driver update issue. You need to format windows and reinstall a fresh copy of of windows vista. Do not use Sony Vista get your own though.

Hello,
You don't have to install a fresh Vista copy to bypass the Sony drivers issue.
I have the same laptop and I found that the Intel graphics driver from Intel website is way better than the one Sony has. So all you have to do is to uninstall the Sony driver form the Device Manager and then install the Intel driver. If you try to just "update" the Sony driver by trying to install the Intel driver while the Sony driver is still running,, you will receive an error stating the this driver does not apply to your system.
Regarding the Wireless card driver, I could not find a driver better than the Sony's one.
