I`m new here and I need some help.
This is my first notebook, but I have a lot of expertise with PCs.
I have bought a ASUS X50RL-AP999P recently and it`s a new piece (not refurbished or used).
btw, if it Was refurbished, how could I know?
Anyway the batteries will charge just fine, but they will only charge if the pc is off or hibernating.
When the pc is on, the icon on taskbar will show (ac power on) and will not recharge the battery (I can see the battery is like at 80% and it will not charge it) until I turn the pc or put it to hibernate.
I tried some different configuration on asus power4gear thing but nothing works.
Help please?
